Vaping is the act of inhaling and exhaling an aerosol, often called vapour, produced by an electronic cigarette or other vaping devices.

Vaping devices work by heating an e-liquid, usually containing nicotine, into a vapour that can be inhaled. The vapour is produced by a battery-powered heating element in the device.

A vaping device usually consists of a battery, a heating element, a tank or cartridge for holding the e-liquid, and a mouthpiece through which the vapour is inhaled.

Vaping is often considered a less harmful alternative to smoking because it doesn't involve burning tobacco, which produces harmful chemicals. It also doesn't produce the same level of secondhand smoke and doesn't leave a lingering odour.

There are several types of vaping devices, including e-cigarettes, pod systems, box mods, and vape pens. Each type has its own unique features and benefits.
