Refund policy

We offer a 3-month warranty on all manufacturer's parts on EasyPuff products, which is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

  • The scope of warranty coverage is limited to hardware and electronic components. There are no liquids, cartridges, disposables, or bonus items included in this offer.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or deviations from instructions.
  • It is necessary for buyers to report any product defects within 24 hours of receipt in order to qualify for potential refunds or replacements. It is possible that a claim may be denied as a result of delays.
  • In the event that replacements are not available, refunds will be issued, subject to verification of the product's faults.
  • The buyer may be required to submit photographic evidence of the product's defects in order to receive authorization for a return, repair, or refund.
  • During the return process and assessment, all accessories and items that were received with the product must be returned for a comprehensive evaluation. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the returned product is determined to be functional.

Return Authorization Policy:
Returns must be accompanied by a prior authorization and must occur within 90 days of the buyer's receipt of the product, with delays potentially leading to the claim being denied.

Limited Warranty: 
Certain products are covered by a Limited Warranty, exclusively available through EasyPuff's website. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal usage.

E-liquids, disposable products, flavour cartridges, and apparel are excluded from the Limited Warranty.

Conditions for Maintaining Warranty Validity:
The warranty becomes void if the product is repaired or altered by an unauthorised party, misused, or used in a manner contrary to the instructions provided.

In the event of a defect, items may be replaced with similar products, constituting the sole remedy available to customers.

Battery Warranty:
EasyPuff 4Steps batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty, provided that the terms and conditions of the warranty are met.
