NZVAPOR - Company History
The brothers who founded NZVAPOR are former smokers who both quit upon trying e-cigarettes for the first time. Like so many other entrepreneurs, the brothers could immediately see the great potential that the vaping industry offered and decided to test the market with an initial order of 50 e-cigarette starter kits. The brothers successfully sold the kits to friends and family members and decided that their budding business merited a larger investment.
The founders of NZVAPOR knew from the beginning that the best way to maintain product quality and to ensure a consistently great vaping experience for customers was to control the entire e-liquid production process. The brothers sold almost everything they owned – including their house – to fund the creation of a new e-liquid production facility.
What’s Unique About NZVAPOR?
NZVAPOR’s e-liquid production facility is unique in New Zealand and may be the only facility of its type in the southern hemisphere. It’s a true pharmaceutical-grade clean room environment meeting the standard for ISO 5 certification. That’s cleaner than a surgical room and 30 times cleaner than the minimum requirement for ISO certification.
The fact that NZVAPOR controls its entire e-liquid supply chain is unique in the vaping industry because having that level of control is very rare today. As the founders of NZVAPOR will attest, building a true clean room environment for e-liquid production is an extremely expensive undertaking.
NZVAPOR’s Commitment to Vaping Advocacy
As you likely know, government and media bias against vaping is rampant in New Zealand and in the rest of the world. Nicotine users are among the most maligned groups in the world, and we need people who are willing to present the facts to the media and lobby with the government to protect our access to vaping products. QJ Satchell, the Managing Director of NZVAPOR, is also the Director of the New Zealand Vaping Alliance.
NZVAPOR Product Selection
The core philosophy of NZVAPOR is that efficient nicotine delivery is the key to ensuring that people who want to switch to vaping will be able to stop smoking successfully. To that end, NZVAPOR doesn’t carry the traditional “cigalikes” that many people buy from their local convenience stores and pharmacies when they’re ready to try vaping for the first time. Instead, they carry devices like refillable vape pens and pod systems, and they create starter kits by coupling those devices with e-liquids specifically developed to please smokers.
In addition to offering the company’s starter kits and branded e-liquids, the NZVAPOR website operates as a full-service vape shop and offers a wide variety of third-party products including mods, tanks, coils, pods and bottled e-liquids from the most popular vaping brands around the world.
