Delivery

New Zealand: Deliveries are made through New Zealand Couriers. NZ Couriers is usually an overnight service, one-two days max. Depending on what option you have chosen for Delivery, it can take up to 5 days to be delivered. Free shipping in New Zealand only for orders over $50.
Australia: DHL Express takes 4-7 days to be delivered and costs approximately $32-$45 depending on weight. Courier fees include all Postage and Packaging. For FAQ about our Shipping services, please see our help desk.
If you cannot accept the Delivery during standard business hours, please have the goods addressed at your place of work. Otherwise, you will be expected to follow up with the Courier. In this case, liability for any other pickup or Freight costs rests with the purchaser.

Payments can be made to Global Innovations Ltd by Credit card, Debit card.
If you're in New Zealand, you can deposit into our ASB bank account at 12-3633-0002878-00. After payment, you will receive a notification record with your order details. Save the email for reference.

Important information

EasyPuff will be processing orders daily, and the cut off time will be 9 am daily, any orders made after will be processed the following day (please be patient as there might be a backlog). Delays could be up to 2-4 days instead of regular times.
Be aware that once orders have been picked up, the time frame for delivery is generally up to the couriers, so expect delays as all these services will be working overtime. You may need to calculate what you will need days or even up to a week before you need it.
