Delivery

New Zealand Deliveries

  • All orders are shipped via New Zealand Couriers, typically an overnight service (1–2 days maximum).

  • Depending on the delivery option you select at checkout, delivery can take up to 5 working days.

  • If you cannot accept delivery during standard business hours, we recommend using a business address. Otherwise, you will need to arrange collection directly with the courier. In such cases, any additional pickup or freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Australia Deliveries

  • EasyPuff no longer ships directly to customers in Australia.

Important Information

  • Orders are processed daily, with a cut-off time of 9:00 am NZT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

  • During peak periods or high volumes, processing delays may occur. Delivery times may extend by 2–4 days.

  • Once orders have been picked up by the courier, delivery timeframes are beyond our direct control.

  • We recommend ordering in advance and allowing several extra days for delivery, especially during holidays or promotions.
