- Free Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over NZ$50. For orders under this amount, a nominal fee of NZ$5 applies. Deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 working days.
- Express Shipping: For those needing their items sooner, express shipping is available for NZ$10, promising next working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm NZT (applicable to most urban areas).
- Rural Delivery: Deliveries to rural addresses might take an extra 1-2 days. We appreciate your patience.
Track Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

- Returns: You’re welcome to return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please understand, for health and safety, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
